Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to provide technical solutioning for RFPs and RFIs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for technical feasibility and drive implementation.
• Mentor associate architects and engineers while defining and tracking their technical growth.
• Establish and refine coding standards, software development guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10-20 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years focused on designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Python or R programming.
• Proficiency with ML libraries including Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, D3.js, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms: Regression, Classification (Decision-trees, Random Forests, SVM, ANNs), Clustering (k-means, DBSCAN), and Ensemble techniques (XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM).
• Experience with Deep Learning and Computer Vision: CNNs, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, YOLO, SSD, and Detectron2.
• Expertise in NLP: Sequence modeling, Transformers, BERT, GPT, and text representation techniques.
• Experience with forecasting models: ARIMA, SARIMA, LSTM, and Exponential Smoothing.
• Proven ability to build and deploy production ML solutions using MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and its respective ML services.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills for EDA, hypothesis testing, and feature engineering.
