Responsibilities

• Create multi-year IT architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead collaboration to document technical requirements and governance needs.
• Develop current and future state technology diagrams to align stakeholders.
• Govern solution development to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in an IT technical engineering role.
• Experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven experience with architectural standardization and governance processes.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Hands-on exposure to VMware, Infor M3, JD Edwards, .Net, and iSeries AS400.
• Experience with data and reporting tools: Informatica, Tableau, and Cognos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with diverse, legacy, and modern enterprise technology stacks.
