Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for large-scale client change programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functional and non-functional testing facets, including load, stress, failure, and static code analysis.
• Provide strategic leadership in test design, execution, and the production of key project deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members on testing methodologies, tools, and technical execution.
• Partner with stakeholders for daily planning, brainstorming, and program execution.
• Drive client change programs from initial test strategy through to final delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in functional and non-functional testing (load, stress, failure, and static code analysis).
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies.
• Experience with test automation and automation testing frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across diverse technical teams.
• Ability to manage project lifecycles from strategy to delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
