Description

You will lead technical strategy and architectural design for large-scale cloud platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and document detailed architectures, providing direct walkthroughs to clients.
• Lead project deliveries, manage multiple work-streams, and prepare technical specification documents.
• Guide team members through technical problem-solving, code walkthroughs, and task delegation.
• Collaborate with business and Go-To-Market teams to manage client expectations and mitigate project risks.
• Set up cloud foundations, implement DevSecOps pipelines, and prototype self-healing solutions for mission-critical applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on infrastructure and cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proven implementation of Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies like Envoy or Tanzu.
• Deep knowledge of networking, including Load Balancing (HTTPS, TCP, SSL), VPNs (BGP, IPSec), and private connections.
• Expertise in security practices, including IAM (least privilege), secrets management, CMEK, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, NIST).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting (Bash, Shell, or Powershell).
• Experience building DevSecOps pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Cloud Build, Bamboo, or SonarQube.
• Strong understanding of database modeling (SQL, NoSQL, Redis) and data migration between on-prem and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Linux systems and troubleshooting multi-regional architecture setups.
• Foundational experience with Python, Java, or Golang.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications such as CKAD, CKS, GCP Associate, AWS, or Azure.
• Multi-cloud implementation experience.
