You will own the technical strategy and execution for migrating BI solutions to Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the end-to-end migration strategy from Business Objects reports to Power BI.
• Design scalable and secure Power BI architecture, covering datasets, dataflows, gateways, and workspaces.
• Lead technical teams through the migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
• Integrate Power BI with enterprise data sources, including SQL Server and Data Warehouse.
• Validate migrated reports for accuracy and functionality against original business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in BI architecture, with hands-on design and development in SAP BO WEBI and Crystal Reports.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and performance optimization.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures and trigger optimization.
• Experience with reports migration from SAP BO to Power BI.
• Proficiency in data design, data modeling, and data visualization principles.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and managing user roles.
• Familiarity with star schema, snowflake schema, and semantic modeling for BI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Additional programming experience in Python or R.
• Experience with report rationalization.
