You will lead complex projects, define architectural approaches, and ensure successful application rollouts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document aligned architectural approaches and current system states.
• Serve as the technical architecture expert for software development and infrastructure teams.
• Assist project teams with estimating design effort and reviewing or approving architecture designs.
• Advise teams on the application of standards and methodology practices.
• Validate programmer architecture with technology and business executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall relevant experience.
• 7+ years developing or administering software in the public cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, Go, Perl, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with Kafka and message-driven application development.
• Demonstrable knowledge of systems, storage, networking, security, and databases.
• Experience with OSS frameworks and microservice implementation styles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and practices.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure and application uptime and availability.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture and Functional/Object Oriented Programming.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security/compliance requirements.
