Description

You will lead the technical design and requirements drafting for a web-based data entry portal.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and draft comprehensive requirements documents.
• Establish design standards and expectations for technical and user documentation.
• Provide technical guidance for selecting the best-fit business platform.
• Interface with IT teams to ensure proposed platforms comply with organizational standards.
• Guide the architecture and development lifecycle of the data entry portal.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of MS SQL Server development and architecture expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS SQL Server 2008 and above (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, views).
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SharePoint.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
• Experience in SQL Server administration and ESRI GIS.
• 3+ years of experience drafting requirements for web-based data entry portals.
• 3+ years of experience establishing design standards for user documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience providing platform recommendations and ensuring technical compliance.
