Description

You will lead complex digital transformation projects and manage multi-geo delivery programs using cloud-native architectures. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Design and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure while migrating on-premises applications to AWS.
• Mentor technical teams and guide the development of enterprise-level applications.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technical management and JAVA/J2EE development.
• Expertise in JAVA, J2EE, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, and Struts frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Angular, React.JS, Redux, and Flux.
• Strong background in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Exposure to GenAI and latest technologies.
