Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Mentor technical teams to foster continuous learning and professional improvement.
• Manage multi-geo delivery programs and optimize workflows using agile methodologies.
• Lead migration of on-premises applications to cloud-native environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Java and J2EE.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB.
• Strong command of SQL and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control via Git.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI and emerging technologies.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
