Description

You will design and implement advanced GenAI solutions, chatbots, and applications within production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of GenAI solutions and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with customer teams to propose technical approaches for PoCs and obtain design approval.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and document all architectural decisions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and production-grade quality of AI models and applications.
• Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience architecting AI solutions in production.
• Expertise in Python and GenAI technologies.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in building APIs using FastAPI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex architectural challenges.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of deep learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Understanding of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies.
