You will serve as the technical authority for Salesforce platform implementations and architectural strategy.
Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platforms, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice.
Establish and advise on best practices for agile delivery, governance, and DevOps, covering environment management, code reviews, and test processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business visions, implementation roadmaps, and capacity management.
Direct the development team in achieving objectives while managing risks and mitigation plans.
Advise on the balance between configuration and customization to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Required Skills
10-18 years of technical experience.
Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and leading industry practices.
Deep knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services.
Proven ability in Solution Architecture and Cloud Computing.
Experience with capacity planning and platform enablement.
Insurance domain knowledge.
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Ability to provide thought leadership by matching technology to business concepts.
