Description

Act as the technical authority for Salesforce platform implementations and architectural strategy. Define business visions, implementation roadmaps, and capacity management plans. Direct development teams, manage risks, and balance configuration versus customization to ensure scalability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platforms, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice.
• Establish best practices for agile delivery, governance, and DevOps, covering environment management, code reviews, and test processes.
• Advise stakeholders on balancing configuration and customization to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Direct development teams in achieving objectives while managing risks and mitigation plans.
• Match technology to business concepts to provide thought leadership.

Required Skills

• 10-18 years of technical experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and leading industry practices.
• Deep knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services.
• Proven ability in Solution Architecture and Cloud Computing.
• Experience with capacity planning and platform enablement.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud Voice implementations.
