Description

You design and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet complex client requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow engagements, handling requirement gathering and providing customer recommendations.
• Manage client projects, driving business requirement gathering and managing scope expectations.
• Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams for ServiceNow changes.
• Implement ITS Configuration Management policy and standards across ServiceNow integrations.
• Lead development teams to build enhancements and customizations using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and related scripting tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years industry experience in software platform development and architecture.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and HR modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience designing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations via REST API.
• Experience with core ServiceNow customization: Business Rules, UI Pages, Script Includes, workflows, etc.
• Experience leading architecture activities, roadmaps, or proof-of-concepts on Low Code/No Code platforms.
• Ability to provide guidance during analysis, development, and testing phases (SIT, UAT).
• Familiarity with Agile, Safe, and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years total working experience in technical roles.
