Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct development teams in creating enhancements and customizations using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow integrations via REST API and manage complex data loads.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including workflow design, configuration, upgrades, and release management.
• Create architectural diagrams, design specifications, and process diagrams to communicate platform changes.
• Manage project scope, client expectations, and proactive risk management on the platform.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience in software platform architecture and development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, APM, PPM, GRC, or ITAM).
• Expertise in ServiceNow customization, including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web-based scripting and platform development.
• Proven experience designing and building integrations via REST API.
• Experience leading architecture activities, including roadmaps and proof-of-concepts on Low Code/No Code or COTS platforms.
• Ability to manage and oversee global teams through analysis, development, and testing phases.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including creating user stories and participating in SIF/UAT validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within SAFe or Scrum frameworks.
• Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
