Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale ServiceNow solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical architectural blueprints and product adoption roadmaps.
• Manage technical governance and conduct ongoing platform health assessments.
• Collaborate across teams to provide technical expertise during solution design and implementation.
• Develop relationships with customer site leaders to align technical strategy with business needs.
• Contribute to leading practices and platform expertise.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines, including one in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and implementation best practices.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow products and workflows.
• Proven ability to guide teams across multiple engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in ServiceNow governance and scalability.
