Description

You will provide L2/L3 support and administration for Veeva Vault applications within the Life Sciences domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues and manage Veeva administration and configuration.
• Handle configuration change requests for lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, and document types.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve major application bugs and manage Veeva product releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues with integrated teams.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of professional IT experience.
• At least 8 years of experience supporting Veeva Vault applications.
• Deep expertise in Veeva Vault QualityDocs.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL support process.
• Experience within the Life Sciences domain.
• Ability to manage complex configurations including lifecycles and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva Vault Administration certification.
• Experience with Veeva Vault RIM and lifecycle domains.
