Description

You will lead the development and delivery of the Bureau of Procurement and Contract Management Workflow and Tracking module from inception to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex integrated system modules, business logic, and database schemas.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications and validated designs.
• Manage the full software development life cycle using SCRUM, including requirements management, configuration/change management, and defect tracking.
• Develop implementation playbooks featuring integrated Go/No-Go decision points and roll-back strategies.
• Perform code reviews, software testing, debugging, and software quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in senior-level software programming and analysis.
• Proficiency with .NET Core and SQL Server.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5.
• Expertise in Configuration and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Ability to design user interfaces that balance business problems with usability and interaction design.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Skill in producing technical documentation, wireframes, and system manuals.
