Description

You will define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for the Drupal website.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design system components covering application architecture, data flow, and integrations.
• Determine appropriate technologies, tools, and integrations for the platform.
• Guide development teams on architectural decisions and best practices.
• Oversee API integrations, third-party tools, and AI solutions.
• Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD and deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Expertise in Drupal, PHP, and JavaScript web technologies.
• Proficiency in REST/JSON API design and integration.
• Experience designing databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and general DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and hosting environments.
• Experience with security best practices and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Drupal architecture for large-scale websites.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
