Description

You will serve as a technical authority and hands-on contributor for full-stack application development and architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design multiple technical solutions for business requirements, including architecture, design documents, and workflows.
• Contribute to hands-on development for approximately 50% of your bandwidth.
• Lead technology validations through PoCs and perform in-depth assessments to provide roadmaps for application stabilization and refactoring.
• Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and guide the resolution of complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and release management from ideation through realization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Expertise in Python, FastAPI, asyncio, PyTest, and Poetry.
• Full-stack experience with Angular or ReactJS, Vitest, and Yarn.
• Database experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Kafka, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
• Ability to present technical designs and use cases effectively in customer meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Cisco products or the CX ecosystem.
