You will define and execute the architectural roadmap for large-scale healthcare digital transformation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end definition and implementation of microservices architecture roadmaps on Azure.
• Migrate legacy monolithic codebases to modern microservices architectures.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions for healthcare workloads.
• Manage complex data strategies including Data Mesh and Data Fabric implementations.
• Oversee application migration, performance tuning, and monitoring processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Certified Azure Architect with microservices expertise.
• Extensive experience with Cloverleaf middleware and TCL scripting.
• Deep expertise in HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR, and DICOM standards (image ingress, metadata, patient mapping).
• Proven track record integrating with EHR FHIR servers and implementing PACS integration.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and Data Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
• Knowledge of networking and security protocols: OKTA, OAuth2.0, TLS1.2, Entra ID, APIIM, SPN, RBAC.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and Terraform automation.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and GDPR regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OMOP CDM and USCDI standards.
• Certification in HL7 v2 or HL7 FHIR.
