You design and own the technical blueprint for complex enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate insurance domain and business needs into scalable, secure architectures.
• Design end-to-end solutions spanning applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Define integration patterns for APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive modernization initiatives, defining strategies for refactoring or migrating legacy systems to cloud-native patterns.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to provide architectural guidance and mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Solution or Application Architecture within the Insurance industry.
• Expertise designing enterprise-scale distributed systems and integration architectures.
• Strong experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to design API-driven architectures and integration frameworks.
• Experience creating detailed architecture documentation and solution diagrams.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and enterprise AI use cases, including Generative AI.
• Strong systems thinking and architecture design capabilities.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to mainframe systems or legacy modernization programs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerized platforms.
