Description

You will lead the design and implementation of production-grade generative AI and machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural blueprints and select technical stacks to solve complex business problems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work breakdown structures.
• Manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver project milestones.
• Propose machine learning algorithms and statistical models to meet stakeholder needs.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to maintain technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
• Proven experience designing and implementing production-grade supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Deep expertise in NLP libraries including NLTK, Spark NLP, spaCy, HuggingFace, or Flair.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI services on AWS or Azure.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum principles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with web services using REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• UI-side development experience with JavaScript, Angular.JS, React.JS, or Vue.JS.
• TOGAF or Cloud Architecture certifications.
• Experience with git version control and open-source contributions.
