Responsibilities

• Design and architect system components using .NET Core and Microservices.
• Manage team workload, task estimation, and scheduling using JIRA.
• Perform code reviews, peer reviews, and functional testing to ensure quality.
• Optimize application and database performance for straight-through processing.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to streamline production release strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong technical background in .NET Core and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in developing with Web API technologies.
• Experience with functional analysis and preparing technical specifications.
• Proven ability to manage software development teams.
• Experience with migration activities and deliverable reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Support existing systems by addressing support tickets and performing impact analysis.
