Description

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise web applications and platform services while managing and mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision, roadmap, and engineering best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD implementation to ensure production readiness.
• Design and review APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Security teams to drive operational excellence.
• Mentor Engineering Leads and development teams on modern engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 10-20 years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications and platform services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
• Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring technical leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, TypeScript, Jest, and microservices.
• Knowledge of GraphQL Federation, Okta/OpenID, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
