Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using BDD (Cucumber) to enable clear, reusable, and maintainable test scenarios. You build and execute automated tests across functional, integration, regression, and API layers using a risk-based testing approach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, collaborating with developers to resolve root causes.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure full traceability from requirements to validation.
• Analyze test execution results and publish quality metrics, including pass/fail rates, flaky test trends, and coverage.
• Continuously improve automation reliability by reducing flakiness, optimizing execution time, and enabling parallel test runs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness, defect triage, and quality gates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber and Selenium.
• Experience in functional and performance testing.
• Experience in API testing using tools such as Rest Assured or Postman.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Playwright or modern browser automation tools.
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and performance analysis techniques.
