Description

You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise architecture, including Services, ODM, Databases, UI’s, and BPM components.
• Document business and functional requirements, detailing data flow, business rules, and use cases.
• Document the end-to-end architecture of the solution.
• Assist QA and UAT teams during testing and support Development in resolving bugs.
• Drive Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions while participating in Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical analysis role.
• Familiarity with Agile Processes, Ceremonies, and Structure.
• Data driven; capable of writing moderate to complex queries for requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent software for tracking user stories.
• Knowledge of Services, ODM, Databases, UI’s, and BPM.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to coordinate meetings with business unit subject matter experts.
