Description

You will gather IAM business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and directories.
• Assist in implementing identity governance, compliance controls, and audit processes.
• Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and validate IAM workflows and system functionality.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on IAM solutions.
• Strong expertise in IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into technical specifications and support implementation.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and integration with enterprise systems.
• Conducting UAT and validating system functionality.
• Ensuring compliance with security standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
