Description

You will bridge business needs and technical execution for a next-generation Workforce Experience Platform, replacing legacy systems with a modern, mobile-first solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Support the design and delivery of end-to-end system workflows, including integrations and APIs.
• Maintain backlog, acceptance criteria, and sprint readiness in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience working with APIs, system integrations, and workflow design.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive conversations forward independently.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex, multi-system environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on digital platforms, mobile applications, or workforce experience tools.
• Exposure to Azure or Azure DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake.
