Description

You will perform technical analysis and system configuration within an in-house Pegasystems platform, managing the full lifecycle of updates from analysis to validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current system configurations against required changes to implement necessary updates.
• Execute technical configurations directly within the in-house system.
• Conduct system testing to validate that all configurations are accurate.
• Identify and fix configuration errors within a 90-day window.
• Write and execute SQL queries to support technical analysis and data validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis and system configuration.
• Expertise in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Proven experience performing hands-on system configuration and testing.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of configuration fixes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on the Pegasystems (Pega) platform.
• Experience completing configurations on competing enterprise systems.
