Description

You serve as the liaison between business users and the technical team, overseeing analysis, design, and QA verification.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and systems processes to identify and facilitate quality improvement and data management changes.
• Elicit and document business and systems requirements with minimal supervision.
• Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities across business processes.
• Maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, and project summaries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
• Background in Wealth Management or Investment Management (Front, Middle, or Back Office).
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio management, including investment product trading and order management systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing financial data such as Balances, Position, Activity, and Performance.
• Ability to document Functional, Technical, and Data requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and regulatory compliance within trading processes.
