You will translate IAM business needs into technical specifications, design identity solutions, and ensure compliance across security integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather IAM requirements and define use cases for user lifecycle management, including joiner-mover-leaver processes and role-based access control.
• Design SSO, MFA, and identity federation solutions (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) in collaboration with architects.
• Analyze and support integrations between IAM systems, Active Directory, HR platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) controls, including access certifications and Segregation of Duties.
• Develop test plans and perform UAT to validate provisioning workflows and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical business analysis or IAM solutions.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC standards.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Workday integration contexts.
• Knowledge of Okta and other IAM platforms.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate business logic into technical data models and process flows.
