Description

You will act as the liaison between business users and the technical team in analysis, design, and QA verification.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by analyzing business and systems processes for quality improvement and data management.
  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Identify improvement opportunities proactively and reactively across business processes.
  • Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, and project summaries.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
  • Background in Wealth Management or Investment Management (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office Activities).
  • In-depth knowledge of portfolio management, including investment product trading and order management systems.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience analyzing financial data such as Balances, Position, Activity, and Performance.
  • Ability to document Functional, Technical, and Data requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets and regulatory compliance within trading processes.
