You will act as the liaison between business users and the technical team in analysis, design, and QA verification.
Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by analyzing business and systems processes for quality improvement and data management.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Identify improvement opportunities proactively and reactively across business processes.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, and project summaries.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Background in Wealth Management or Investment Management (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office Activities).
- In-depth knowledge of portfolio management, including investment product trading and order management systems.
- Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience analyzing financial data such as Balances, Position, Activity, and Performance.
- Ability to document Functional, Technical, and Data requirements with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and regulatory compliance within trading processes.
