Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through data analysis and technical documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs and financial reports, using data analytics tools.
• Produce System Architecture Documents (SAD), technical documentation, and project status reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Organize and maintain project documentation within Confluence.
• Liaise between business departments and cross-functional teams to identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Assess process improvement options through business process modeling and maintain documentation for all operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical business analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with BigQuery.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
• Ability to manage complex documentation workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java.
