You will own the analysis, documentation, and design of enterprise-grade business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for business solutions in BFSI and wealth management.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process maps.
• Collaborate with architects and QA teams to ensure solution alignment and quality.
• Support production systems through incident triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, standards, and documentation practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, Wealth Management, or regulatory environments.
• Proficiency in creating functional/non-functional specifications, process flows, and data sequences.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, HP QC, and MS Visio for documentation and tracking.
• Strong understanding of N-tier architecture, APIs/Web services (REST, SOAP), and Message Queues (MQ).
• Experience with agile practices, including user story writing and backlog grooming.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in batch processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
