You will act as a technical bridge between business needs and analytical solutions within the payments processing domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business processes.

• Translate client requirements into technical analytical solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders using reports, presentations, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in the payments processing industry.
• Advanced SQL and database skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong technical analysis and documentation skills.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing teams and leading analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
