Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the payment acquiring and settlement services domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis and define business architecture through process flows for future-state systems.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with IT teams and external stakeholders to identify impacts.
• Manage requirement changes and variances caused by scope shifts during development.
• Support integration testing cycles to validate that technical specifications align with business needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• Deep practical experience performing business analysis in complex environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Ability to interpret requirements via diagrams, schedules, and mathematical concepts.
• Expertise in business process flow and system process flow documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, transaction processing, and monetary settlement systems.
• Experience with compliance release cycles involving credit networks (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover) or debit networks (Maestro, Interlink, Pulse, Star, Accel).
