Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong technical analysis and documentation skills.
• Proven experience in the payments processing industry.
• Ability to manage teams and lead strategic projects.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to executives.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
