You bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within payment acquiring and settlement services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis and define business architecture using business and system process flows.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with IT teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage requirement amendments and variances caused by scope changes.
• Support integration testing cycles to verify that technical specifications align with business needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Clarity.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience in Payment Acquiring Services and Settlement services business models.
• Ability to create business requirement collateral for all SDLC stages.
• Expertise in analyzing technical impacts through diagrams, schedules, and mathematical concepts.
• Proven ability to lead knowledge-sharing sessions and present to product owners and clients.
