You act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, focusing on data retrieval and requirement definition.

Responsibilities

• Write MongoDB queries to fulfill ad-hoc data requests from business users.
• Translate business needs into technical JIRA stories for development teams.
• Support the lifecycle of web applications built on Java and Spring frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure requirements align with technical architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience working with MongoDB.
• 4+ years of experience with Java.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Framework and Spring Batch.
• 2+ years of experience with Unix scripting.
• Experience working within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Proficiency using JIRA for requirements management.
