Own the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for capital markets systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
• Analyze data using SQL to support business decisions and system design.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide production support.
• Map processes and document workflows for system integrations and API interactions.
• Manage stakeholder communication across engineering and business teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Ability to create functional and technical specifications.
• Understanding of API integration concepts.
• Stakeholder management and clear communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of trade lifecycles, equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives.
• Experience with FIX and SWIFT messaging protocols.
• Familiarity with banking or asset management platforms.
