Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for commercial lending systems and custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for commercial lending and ACBS workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, test cases, and support UAT.
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with ACBS configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Proficiency in .NET framework to communicate backend and frontend logic with developers.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Experience with data mapping, data analysis, and process modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API integrations and data exchange formats like XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of banking systems such as Loan IQ or FIS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
