Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical ServiceNow solutions in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and data models.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and guide development teams.
• Design and implement data solutions based on the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Develop detailed playbooks, runbooks, and architectural diagrams for system and network flows.
• Define coding standards, conduct feasibility studies, and manage technical risks and estimations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow and Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Proficiency in data modeling and database management tools.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong grasp of software development methodologies and business process modeling.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including data dictionaries and status reports.
• Experience performing technical reviews and feasibility studies for architectural best practices.
