Description

You will bridge investment technology consulting with delivery, focusing on real estate equity and debt workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with leadership teams, asset managers, and analysts for implementation and problem solving.
• Convey complex concepts and relevant facts to senior stakeholders through strong written and oral communication.
• Analyze asset models and complex spreadsheets using advanced Excel knowledge.
• Collaborate with Real Estate and Private Equity investors to understand technology needs.
• Build and deploy no-code database platforms and utilize Power Platforms.

Required Skills

• Math or Technical Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years prior experience in investment technology consulting and delivery.
• Strong experience in real estate equity and debt; familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) terminology and workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for understanding asset models.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Real Page, Yardi, MRI, and Real Insight.
• Building and deploying no-code database platforms such as QuickBase.
• Experience with Power Apps and PowerBI.
