Description

You will manage the operational aspects of the Consumer Connection product and drive data-driven issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate new and existing product issues and document findings within JIRA.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to evaluate production performance and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze data, requirements, and test plans to support new initiatives and existing processes.
• Participate in UAT to identify bugs, UI problems, and documentation gaps from both technical and end-user perspectives.
• Provide minor enhancements to reports used throughout the QC process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in support or ETL-related roles.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience using SQL.
• Proven experience in team lead or management roles.
• Strong data management and analysis skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA for daily issue tracking.
• Experience with ETL processes and QC processes.
• Ability to provide technical feedback to clients and technology managers.

• Any Graduate degree.
