Description

You will support the Unemployment Insurance Tax Modernization project by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements through direct consultation with business and development staff.
• Prepare detailed requirement and process mapping documentation.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Test system functionality against established requirements and specifications.
• Train staff on newly developed system functionality and provide general technical assistance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology implementations.
• 10+ years of experience leading requirements gathering and validation.
• 10+ years of experience developing requirements documentation and use cases.
• 10+ years of experience testing system functionality against specifications.
• 10+ years of experience training staff on system functionality.
• 10+ years of experience working on Finance or Accounting projects.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work onsite in Des Moines, IA, at least 2 days per week.
