Description

Support the Unemployment Insurance Tax Modernization project by bridging business needs with technical implementation.

You will own the requirements lifecycle, from gathering and validation to testing and training, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements through direct consultation with business and development staff.
• Prepare detailed requirement and process mapping documentation.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Test system functionality against established requirements and specifications.
• Train staff on newly developed system functionality and provide general technical assistance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology implementations.
• 10+ years of experience leading requirements gathering and validation.
• 10+ years of experience developing requirements documentation and use cases.
• 10+ years of experience testing system functionality against specifications.
• 10+ years of experience training staff on system functionality.
• 10+ years of experience working on Finance or Accounting projects.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
