Description

You will bridge executive stakeholders, business subject matter experts, and vendor development teams to modernize legacy systems. You own the translation of business needs into technical specifications for third-party implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and group sessions to define business requirements and identify process gaps.
• Document business needs clearly for vendor teams to ensure system features align with technical specifications.
• Coordinate testing efforts by preparing test cases, documenting results, and working with SMEs.
• Facilitate, analyze, and document data validation during the migration from legacy mainframe to web-based solutions.
• Demonstrate project progress and facilitate team meetings to maintain alignment with project management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Experience with Project Management or Scrum Master methodologies.
• Ability to consult with executive-level stakeholders to define business problems.
• Proven experience in gap analysis and process need identification.
• Skill in documenting requirements for third-party vendor implementation.
• Experience coordinating testing lifecycles and validating data migrations.
• Background in workforce development environments.
