Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through detailed documentation and rigorous testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including test plans and test cases.
• Facilitate technical meetings between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Analyze and design business processes to support technology implementations.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in technology implementations and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• 5 years of experience in QA, including testing systems against technical specifications.
• 5 years of experience with business process analysis, design, and development.
• 5 years of experience with file transfer protocols, web services, and APIs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and Jira.
• Experience participating in vendor-managed solution development projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing diverse testing types including Unit, Functional, Usability, System, Regression, SIT, and UAT.
