You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize Axiom software solutions for financial services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from risk, finance, and trust departments into technical specifications, user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and Source to Target mapping documents.
• Design technical solutions, data flows, and process models aligned with Axiom architecture and regulatory standards.
• Configure the Axiom platform to develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations based on business specifications.
• Execute functional and regression testing, including data validation, to ensure system changes meet requirements.
• Manage project lifecycles by coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and handle scope changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically working with Axiom or similar financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Informatica for data integration.
• Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to create process models and diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Technical knowledge of Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience developing reports and analytics using Crystal Reports and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data flows, system interfaces, and regulatory compliance processes.
