You will bridge business requirements with technical delivery, decomposing high-level needs into actionable technical specifications and Jira user stories.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather high-level requirements from business teams and decompose them into Jira user stories.
• Lead delivery working sessions with technical and QA teams for development and testing.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, including API Swagger definitions and sequence diagrams.
• Ensure alignment between backend systems, microservices, and database structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in technical business analysis or similar roles.
• Experience gathering requirements using Agile Jira stories.
• Familiarity with API Swagger definitions and sequence diagrams.
• Knowledge of microservices, backend systems, and backend databases.
• Practical awareness of AWS environments.
• Prior financial banking experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to map complex business logic to technical implementation details.
